To support hands-on learning, we’ve installed two telegraph poles at our training yard—providing a safe, controlled environment where our teams can practice and refine their skills outside of formal training sessions. We recognise that training doesn’t finish when you leave a training session; our management team continuously drive coaching and mentoring to ensure that our teams are delivering their best.
